What is your refund or rescheduling policy?

• Rescheduling is allowed within a reasonable time frame. No refunds issued

Is there an additional charge for mobile/on-site training?

• A small travel or mobile service fee may apply depending on location. Fees are always discussed upfront.   

Lifeline CPR+ issues nationally recognized certifications through:

• Health & Safety Institute (HSI / ASHI) – Widely accepted for workplaces, childcare, fitness, security, and general public CPR/AED and First Aid training.    
  
• American Heart Association (AHA) Equivalent Training – Meets employer requirements for BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Yes. All students must complete registration and submit payment prior to the class date to secure their seat. This ensures materials are prepared, class rosters are accurate, and your certification can be issued without delay.

Just bring a valid ID, comfortable clothing , ebook or student manual. If you are taking a renewal course, you may be asked to provide proof of your previous CPR certification

Some courses include a short written exam. Hands-on skills testing is required for all certifications.

Late arrivals may not be allowed to join due to mandatory training time requirements.

CPR certification is typically valid for two years. After that, you will need to take a renewal course to maintain your certification.

CPR certifications are typically issued the same day or within 24 hours after class. You’ll receive your e-card by email.

Yes. We provide extra help if you need additional practice or a skills re-test.

• Remediation + re-test: $30
• Re-sit class (no new card): $40
